About

I started this blog as a way to vent my frustration at the way things are going, or to be truthful, not going in Washington.

It is simply a collection of my random thoughts and opinions on how our political system has become a non-functional dreadnaught, heading at full throttle to who knows where. And there is no one at the helm to do anything about it, at least no one who cares.

If you’re offended by any of my writings I hope you’re a politician. You have offended me plenty of times and I’ve never been in the position to do or say anything about it.

I know that this blog won’t make any difference in how things operate in DC. The politicians are insulated from any meaningful criticism by their handlers and the bubble that seems to surround the Washington DC area for about a 50 mile radius. It just gives me a chance to vent and let others know how I see things.

I may be right or I may be wrong but I firmly believe everything that I type. I know there are others that feel the same way.

Feel free to comment, good or bad, pro or con, on my writings.

  1. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, your writing has portrayed my personal feelings. This may not always be true, but for now I consider it an echo of my own views.

  2. I have a question about Canadian paint color. I saw you posted a page on FTE but unfortunately I think my answer is on Page 2. I have a 75 F250 made in Ontario plant with a Paint Color P. It is a yellow truck, not the Vineyard Gold I found elsewhere. Sorry to bother you on your blog site. Thanks.

    • Blast from the past, sorry for the very long delay. According to the Ford parts catalog, 1975 color code “P”, Canadian usage is indeed gold, the catalog calls it “Light Gold”.The only “yellow” listed for the ’75 model year is Chrome Yellow, color code “G”. There are other yellows listed for various years but not 1975.
